Bei Zyglox entwickeln wir ein innovatives Sensorsystem für die berührungslose Überwachung von Maschinenteilen. Rotierende Bauteile sind häufig komplexen Belastungssituationen ausgesetzt, die mit herkömmlichen Lösungen schwer darzustellen sind. Durch einen detaillierten Einblick in die Beanspruchung kritischer Bauteile wollen wir Entwicklungs- und Wartungsarbeiten kostengünstiger und nachhaltiger gestalten. Aktuell arbeiten wir primär mit Unternehmen aus dem Eisenbahn- und Kraftfahrzeugsektor zusammen, sind jedoch stets bestrebt, auch neue Anwendungsbereiche zu erschließen.

Wir sind bestrebt, neue Anwendungsbereiche zu erkunden und zu diskutieren. Neben unserer Rolle als Technologiepartner und Anbieter von Lösungen suchen wir stets nach Partnern, um neue Anwendungen, gerne auch in Form öffentlich geförderter Projekte, zu testen und weiterzuentwickeln.

About ZYGLOX

At Zyglox, we are developing a new solution for non-invasive stress and load measurements in challenging applications. Rotating machine parts are often subjected to complex loading situations that are difficult to represent with conventional technologies. Our vision is to provide deeper insight into the loading of critical, rotary parts to improve the efficiency of development and maintenance tasks and to make the business of our customers more cost-effective and sustainable. Our primary market is the monitoring of railway and motor vehicles, but we are always open to explore new applicational fields.

We are eager to explore and discuss new applicational fields for our technology. Besides to serving as a technology partner and supplier for load monitoring solutions, we are always looking for partners to test and develop new applications in co-operational or public funded projects.
